Celebrating a Milestone in Youth Empowerment: Congratulations to Timiza Youth Initiative on the 3rd Cohort Graduation

Kilifi County, Kenya, Youth and Women for Peace and Sustainable Development (YOWPSUD) proudly participated in the graduation ceremony of the 3rd Cohort of the Timiza Youth Initiative Youth Voice & Empowerment Project, reaffirming our commitment to empowering young people with market-driven digital and creative skills.
The graduation celebrated another milestone in Timiza Youth Initiative's journey of equipping youth with practical competencies that respond to the changing demands of today's digital economy. Since its inception, the project has trained young people through an intensive three-month hands-on learning program focusing on Graphic Design, Photography, and Videography, providing them with opportunities to build sustainable careers and improve their livelihoods.
In an era where technology continues to transform industries and create new employment opportunities, digital skills have become essential. The Youth Voice & Empowerment Project recognizes this need by preparing young people with practical knowledge, creativity, and technical expertise that can be translated into entrepreneurship, freelancing, employment, and innovation.

Recognizing the impact of the initiative, YOWPSUD is joining forces with Timiza Youth Initiative to further strengthen the program and expand opportunities for young people across Kilifi County.
